A company is looking for a Senior Director Enterprise Customer
Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement the strategic direction for the Enterprise
Customer Experience function
Lead the Customer Health Recovery Program to address critical
customer issues and enhance satisfaction
Mentor a team of Enterprise Customer Experience Managers, promoting
collaboration and professional growth
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in customer success or related roles, with
at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
Strong knowledge of OCR, IDP, automation, and relevant technology
tools
Familiarity with generative AI and LLM models
Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and
retention
Experience in using customer health metrics and analytics for
performance improvements
