Job Description:

Our Client is a leading, well-established, privately held, CRE firm with close to 20M SQFT of office and industrial assets throughout the Carolinas. They are seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage a 500,000 SF multisite, Class A office portfolio.Ideal Candidate:

4 year degree
5+ years' experience managing CRE
Strong understanding of real estate operating & capital budgets, and property operations.
Highly analytical, decisive, and able to operate independently
Experience in budget preparation, financial reporting, and familiarity with property accounting systems
General understanding of commercial construction and experience managing minor tenant upfits.This is an in-office position, not hybrid or work from home.Our client provides a very competitive salary + bonus.
