Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data Integrations Manager to oversee
IT functions and manage departmental budgets.
Key Responsibilities
Provide team leadership, including performance reviews and budget
management
Monitor project progress to ensure timelines, resources, and
budgets are met
Define project leadership accountabilities for clinical or
financial management systems
Required Qualifications
High School diploma with 5-8 years of IT management experience or
equivalent
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-3 years of IT management
experience
Hands-on experience in API and data integration solutions
Experience with Java, JavaScript, FHIR, PL/SQL, and Boomi
Understanding of healthcare data standardization and HIPAA security
practices is a plus
