For more information, visit www.jaggaer.comWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to spearhead our initiatives in the Manufacturing vertical, specifically related to the sourcing and procurement of direct materials and components. This leader will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and delivering tailored solutions to some of the most prominent manufacturing companies globally.Principal ResponsibilitiesROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the Manufacturing vertical, with a specific focus on direct sourcing and procurement.
• Foster relationships with C-level executives, as well as supply chain, procurement and IT leaders within large manufacturing enterprises.
• Support sales cycles across the NA commercial teams as a trusted advisor and domain expert.
• Articulate the value of JAGGAER's solutions, particularly in addressing challenges unique to the sourcing and procurement of direct materials and components in manufacturing industries.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Solution Consulting, SDRs, Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure the growth of JAGGAER in the Manufacturing vertical.
• Engage with partners to drive the adoption of the JAGGAER direct sourcing and procurement solutions in Manufacturing.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategy and product positioning.Position RequirementsWHAT YOU WILL BRING:
  • Proven track record of sales excellence, ideally within the SaaS or enterprise software space.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in sourcing and/or procurement.
  • Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers in large manufacturing organizations.
  • Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay processes and their impact on manufacturing operations, especially related to direct materials and components.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
