Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a(n) Senior Engineer, Electrical/Instrumentation to join our MAKE Asset Management Organization located in Wilson, NC.\rWhile this role will ultimately support the site operations located in Wilson NC, this role will also be required to support the project phase across both design & construction. For the project design phase, the role will require you to be present with our design teams in the Greater Philadelphia region. Once the design phase is completed, this role will support the construction and operational start-up of the site. For this, you will be required to be on site in Wilson, NC. Based on your current location the hiring team will work with you to determine travel and relocation arrangements. We operate in a standard, coordinated and consistent manner in support of the current and future requirements of our Manufacturing and Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) and in partnership with key internal/external network.\rThe Senior Engineer, Electrical/Instrumentation responsible for the upkeep of all electrical and instrumentation systems on site, managing the technical aspects of electrical design that advance organizational strategies. Assists with project development, design controls and design verification testing.\rKey Responsibilities:

• Own site electrical infrastructure and instrumentation assets (including calibration program), acting as site SME for all operational, maintenance and project related scope.
• Manages assigned tasks to actualize scope of work and execution plans for electrical design and engineering projects.
• Completes project tasks to the estimated effort and duration and communicates completeness, schedule conflicts, and resource needs to the project manager.
• Defines front-level scope of technical problems, design conflicts, risks, and testing issues and collaborates with the project team to resolve them.
• Attends to and documents quality control issues in compliance with organizational production and design standards.
• Identifies and escalates to management, opportunities to improve project planning, reviews, and execution.
• Ensures timely and accurate completion of project documentation, including process improvements.
• Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
• Assists in construction, commissioning and qualification of equipment.
• Provides electrical and instrumentation technical assistance to maintenance personnel and other departments as required.
• Generates, reviews and revises maintenance documentation as necessary.
• Develops the preventive maintenance program for all electrical systems to ensure optimal reliability.
• Assists in selecting appropriate electrical and instrument spare parts to maximize equipment availability.
• Trains and coaches' maintenance technicians and contractors in electrical concepts, department procedures and techniques, as required.
• Assists in the development of multi-skilling training programs for the site technicians.\r\r
