Job Description:
A company is looking for a Federal Graphic Design Leader to
collaboratively lead a growing team of graphic designers in support
of winning new work for Engineered Systems and Defense &
Intelligence markets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of graphic designers to develop creative
solutions for proposals and presentations
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews, providing
direction and actionable feedback
Build relationships with leadership and stakeholders to align team
activities with company priorities
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in creative roles, with 3-5 years in
management
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent certification
Expertise in Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Acrobat,
and Word
Experience in developing creative solutions that meet client
specifications and brand requirements
U.S. Citizenship required
