Job Description:

Business Title: Salesforce Technical LeadLocation: Raleigh, NC Job Type: 6 + months contract

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report on Salesforce logins and usage of community licenses
• Automate deployment of Salesforce code/configuration changes to higher environments
• Review and understand the downstream impacts of a change request and anticipate opportunities to improve it
• Proactively identify problems and prepare solutions for resolution Skills & Experience Required:
  
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer, with a proven track record of managing Salesforce orgs for customers
  • 1+ years of experience in Copado or equivalent DevOps tools for Salesforce deployments
  • Salesforce certifications are MANDATORY (Platform Developer 1, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Jira, MuleSoft, Tableau, Confluence software
  • Knowledge of integration with Heroku, AWS and other third-party SaaS platforms
  • Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and development tools including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning
  • Possess thorough knowledge of various Salesforce governor limits and best practices
