Job Description:

A company is looking for a General Counsel to provide enterprise-wide legal support and manage legal issues across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Align legal strategy with firm goals to support client satisfaction and team retention
Manage contract negotiations and streamline contract processes for efficiency
Ensure compliance with relevant legal regulations and proactively advise on ethical issues

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctorate (JD) degree with at least 5 years of relevant legal experience
Expertise in contract law, employment law, and data privacy
Experience with professional services firms and understanding of business operations
Proactive approach to identifying and addressing legal needs
Commitment to ethical standards and transparency in all dealings
