Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Manager to oversee its
internal claims program and manage a team of Claims Adjusters.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of adjusters handling Commercial Auto Bodily Injury
and Property Damage claims nationwide
Develop and implement investigation strategies for coverage,
liability, and causation
Ensure high levels of customer experience and technical claim file
quality
Required Qualifications
10+ years of claims experience, with at least 5 years in commercial
trucking
5+ years of people management experience
Significant bodily injury and litigation claims experience
Licensed adjuster; NY & CA licenses are a plus
Bachelor's degree or an additional 4 years of relevant
experience
