Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Risk Management
(Capital).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct risk management engagements with internal and external
stakeholders
Provide financial subject matter expertise on financial risk and
capital management initiatives
Produce financial risk reporting for governance committees and
support the maintenance of the Global ERM framework
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, actuarial, economics, mathematics, or
related analytical field
10 years of experience in risk management or financial management;
advanced degrees or certifications may substitute for
experience
In-depth knowledge of insurance company financial performance and
risk drivers
Ability to think strategically and anticipate emerging risks
Proven influencing and relationship management skills within an
organization
