Job Description:

A company is looking for a VP, Commercial Banker to manage a commercial portfolio and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage personal production activity to meet or exceed production goals
Analyze financials and structure credit requests in compliance with lending policies
Maintain portfolio, monitor troubled loans, and execute action plans

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
7 to 15 years of lending experience, including 5 years in business lending
Strong background in commercial real estate lending
Ability to independently analyze complex financial reports
