our customers!Job SummaryWe're looking for a data-driven leader to
support the future of analytics in our InnerCircle loyalty program
with millions of members across the United States. This opportunity
allows you to dive deep into customer behavior and use data to
innovate, create and develop attractive customer offers in a fast
moving retail environment.At Circle K we view building fans through
loyalty as an important enabler for winning the customer. Our
loyalty program is highly data driven and we use everything from
basic demographic segmentations to advanced behavioral analysis to
create trigger-based offers, all in an effort to ensure we give the
right offer to the right customer at the right time.To be
successful in this role you will need to work with both analytics
and business stakeholders, apply your deep understanding of how
data and analytics can be leveraged to drive business results, and
execute them through your team of skilled analysts in several
geographies across Europe and India. For the right person, this is
a great opportunity to combine data-driven skills in Loyalty and
Marketing with skills in leadership and business.We believe you
have significant experience from working on the data- and analytics
side of customer loyalty programs. You need to show a good
understanding of the technological enablers required to do good
customer analytics and work with our Global Tech teams to ensure
