Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Proposals.
Key Responsibilities
Formulate and implement strategic approaches to responding to
healthcare-related RFPs
Lead and manage a team of RFP professionals to ensure timely
delivery of proposals
Ensure all proposals adhere to relevant regulations and compliance
standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business and/or healthcare administration
10+ years' experience leading RFP functions, preferably in the PBM
industry
Experience in CRM principles, practices, and applications
Exceptional technical skills with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and
SharePoint
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence at all
organizational levels
