Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Commercial Manager to oversee a
team focused on developing new commercial opportunities and
marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Provide supervision, training, and performance evaluations for team
members
Develop commercial strategies and conduct market research to
identify business opportunities
Manage client relationships and collaborate with marketing to
create national strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant
experience, or a combination of experience and education
Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance
management
Leadership skills to motivate teams and achieve operational
targets
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Intermediate math skills for financial calculations
