A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Payroll.
Key Responsibilities
Define and communicate the product roadmap aligned with company
objectives
Prioritize and manage features, bugs, and technical debt to deliver
impactful solutions
Conduct customer interviews and market research to refine product
strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in technology, computer science, engineering,
marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
7+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
environments
5+ years of experience in HCM software focused primarily on
Payroll, Tax, Compliance
Experience in end-to-end payroll workflow design and
optimization
Proficiency in Agile Methodologies and experience meeting tight
deadlines
