About this role

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Program Manager to oversee and enhance our supply chain processes, ensuring the efficient delivery of products to our customers. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in operations management, with a strong focus on supply chain logistics and program delivery. You will work cross-functionally to drive operational excellence and optimize our processes, improving customer satisfaction and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Management: Lead and manage operations programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to streamline operations and reduce costs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including procurement, production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.
• Supplier Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on operations and customer satisfaction.
• Project Tracking: Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports, ensuring transparency and accountability across all stakeholders.
• Training and Development: Mentor and train team members on best practices in operations and supply chain management.
  
  Required Qualifications:
  
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • 7+ years of experience in operations management, with a strong emphasis on supply chain and logistics.
    
    Preferred Qualifications:
    
    • Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results on time and within budget.
    • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
