Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP, Medical Affairs Integrated
Medical Excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute deliverables for Medical Information, Scientific
Communications, and Medical Training teams
Establish and improve processes within the Medical Affairs team to
enhance efficiency and compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic and
tactical plans for Medical Affairs activities
Required Qualifications and Education
Scientific, healthcare, or medical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, DO) or
advanced non-terminal degrees (MA, MS, NP, PA, RPh)
15+ years of experience in Pharmaceuticals or biotech within
Medical Affairs or related fields
10+ years of experience managing complex Medical Affairs teams
Solid knowledge of the healthcare landscape and drug development
process
Flexible travel based on business needs nationally and
internationally
