We are currently looking for a General Manager that loves people, executes brand standards, and enjoys making money!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
--- Ensures guest satisfaction through a great attitude and a hands-on, lead by example management style
--- Utilizes leadership skills and motivates team members to ensure great guest experience
--- Inspects and observes team members and guests to ensure compliance with occupational, health, and safety standards and liquor regulations

Requirements
--- At least 5 years of upscale/fine dining Restaurant Management experience
--- At least 2 years of General Manager experience in upscale / fine dining establishment
--- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
--- Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
--- Stable and progressive work history; Strong work ethic
