Join us!This job is responsible for assisting in providing risk oversight and advice to the Line of Business (LOB) on risk management issues. Key responsibilities include monitoring and adhering to risk management policies, limits, standards, controls, metrics and thresholds within the defined corporate standards, assisting in conducting execution of risk framework activities including independent monitoring and testing of controls and risk management processes for the LOB. Job expectations include the ability to recognize all risk categories including credit, market, operational, and compliance.Responsibilities:

• Assists with quality assurance activities of internal issues portfolios for multiple lines of business
• Engages with key stakeholders to provide feedback and influence change
• Assists with establishing risk management procedures and standards
• Ensures adherence to the policies and procedures established by the company
• Supports risk management analysis and reportingRequired Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in business operations or support, risk management, issues management, regulatory support (or related experience), or a combination of each
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Self-starter with excellent problem solving and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to unexpected events, prioritize and multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Pro-actively understanding responsibilities and manage tasks independently.Desired Qualifications:
    • Prior experience with QA/QC in the financial services environment
    • Proven ability to build and cultivate relationships both externally and internally across the organization.
    • Comfortable working with people at all organizational levels
    • Knowledgeable of Bank of America's business lines, operations, organizational structure, senior executives, etc.
    • Prior experience in performing analysis using Excel, Pivot, Tableau, etc.Skills:
