Job DescriptionThis is a full-time entry-level position that is
responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and installing
mechanical and pneumatic components. Our entry-level Maintenance
Mechanics have a basic understanding of Programmable Logic Controls
and contribute a unique skillset through the use of preventative
maintenance systems and work order tracking. The Entry-level
Maintenance Mechanic will be required to follow precision work
instructions to complete work orders, inspections, and repairs.
Electrical troubleshooting experience and skill is the
differentiating factor between Entry and Experienced Maintenance
Mechanics. Welding, fabrication using vertical mill and lathe, and
some electrical basics are all preferred skills.The maintenance
department is structured to allow for internal development from
Entry level to Experienced through training and critical
experiences.We set industry standards in terms of pay and benefits.
