In search of exceptional salespeople! We're growing and looking for two Outside Sales professionals to join our team at Leap Windows and Doors. This could be your chance to make a serious impact on people's homes and your own career.

We've got a competitive salary package waiting for you, earning from $80,000 to more than $165,000 annually. Plus, you'll be part of a faith-based, family-owned business that gives back to the community and values its employees.



About the travel: You'll need to be up for local trips within the Greater Triad and Triangle areas, but we won't ask you to spend nights away from home. High growth potential, some Saturday work required. If you live in the Triad or Triangle, we keep you primarily in your respective territory.

--- Providing exceptional customer service
--- Driving sales
--- Tracking and reporting data in our CRM

Qualifications:
What is Expected:
--- 3+ years of outside sales experience
--- Strong record of meeting & exceeding sales targets
--- Unwavering, high level of integrity
--- Ability to retain and adapt information quickly
--- Extremely comfortable with new technology
--- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
--- A burning desire to win
--- A strong willingness to serve others
