Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Governance and Compliance
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support and analysis for corporate governance and
compliance, including entity management and compliance
monitoring
Draft corporate governance documents and manage annual corporate
filings and compliance-related tasks
Coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries and assist with
compliance-related documentation and processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Paralegal certificate preferred
Minimum three years of relevant experience in paralegal or analyst
roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Westlaw research
Knowledge of property and casualty insurance compliance and
corporate governance matters
