Responsibilities

They will be responsible for designing and overseeing geotechnical projects, ensuring they meet all safety and regulatory standards.
This person will conduct geotechnical investigations and site assessments.
They will prepare detailed engineering reports and design plans.
Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to ensure project success.
Provide technical support and guidance to other geotechnical staff.


Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical, Civil or related engineering fields.
Professional Engineer (PE) License.
5+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering.
Transportation industry experience required, NCDOT experience is preferred.
Understanding of deep foundation design principles
Proficiency in geotechnical software and tools.
