Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Regulatory
Relations.
Key Responsibilities
Support management of regulatory relationships, including
examination management and ad hoc requests
Coordinate regulatory requests for documentation and provide
effective review and challenge on submissions
Prepare key stakeholders for interviews and meetings with
examiners, including drafting briefing materials
Required Qualifications
BA/BS Degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
4+ years of experience in legal, compliance, audit, or governance
functions, with direct experience dealing with regulators
General understanding of bank regulations and familiarity with
current regulatory topics in financial services
Experience interacting with a broad set of stakeholders, including
senior management and external parties
Relevant experience in a regulatory agency or significant
experience in the financial services industry is a plus
