Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist
responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and
resolving inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and
escalate complex cases as needed
Maintain and update the support knowledge base and ensure accurate
customer-facing documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback, assist with
product improvements, and track common issues
Required Qualifications
3+ years in a customer support or technical support role,
preferably in a SaaS or tech environment
Familiarity with troubleshooting technical issues and support
ticketing systems
Ability to approach challenges with creativity and a
solution-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with
shifting priorities
