Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage initiatives to support the North Carolina
Market, including standardized processes and workflows
Project manage market initiatives and analyze value-based care
performance data
Support coordination with local partners and roll-out of national
strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of experience in healthcare management consulting or
large-scale initiatives management
Experience in data analysis and creating visualizations using tools
like Excel, Tableau, or Looker
Proven ability to work across diverse teams and thrive in
fast-paced environments
Comfortable with project planning processes and materials
