A company is looking for a Customer Advocate I.
Key Responsibilities
Responds to inquiries from members, providers, and other
stakeholders while providing a high degree of customer service
Researches and resolves membership issues using medical policy and
membership records
Maintains confidentiality and keeps accurate records of inquiries
and correspondence
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
2 years of customer service, member services, or claims processing
experience
Advanced keyboarding knowledge
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
