Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loan Originator responsible for
selling and refinancing residential mortgages.
Key Responsibilities
Sell mortgages for residential properties and refinance existing
mortgages
Develop new business through independent sales calls on potential
customers and referrals
Maintain and retain relationships with current clients
Required Qualifications
State MLO License
Minimum of 3 loans closed per month
3+ years of experience in a successful mortgage sales role
