Job Description:
A company is looking for a User Support Specialist to provide
customer support throughout the AI journey.
Key Responsibilities
Provide tier 1 and tier 2 customer support and technical
assistance
Manage day-to-day ticket management and triage feature requests and
bugs
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve client issues
and improve support documentation
Required Qualifications
2+ years of SaaS experience supporting end users with excellent
customer service
Ability to quickly become a product expert and adapt in a
fast-paced environment
Experience in troubleshooting technical issues and familiarity with
CRM and ticketing systems
Experience writing SQL queries and reviewing system logs
Start-up experience is a plus
