- -Job Summary:
HR Recruiter responsibilities for this position include posting
jobs online, sourcing candidates, screening candidates, setting up
interviews, extending offers and completing all post offer
activities. -The ideal candidate must have proven track record
managing the full cycle recruitment process for hourly employees in
a manufacturing environment. - -Creatively and energetically
pursuing recruiting with non-traditional methods and approaches and
perform general human resources functions.

Essential Functions, Duties & Responsibilities:
- - - - - - - - - -All hiring of hourly production employees.
- - - - - - - - - -Attending community events (i.e. job fairs,
etc.) which have promise of applicants; recruiting associates to
act as representatives for external events;
- - - - - - - - - -Searching for events which provide viable
recruitment opportunities
- - - - - - - - - -Reviewing staffing needs with the HR Manager or
designee.
- - - - - - - - - -Verification of I-9's and employment
authorizations and monitors renewal of employment
authorizations.
- - - - - - - - - - - -Maintain a strong knowledge of recruiting
policy, procedures, processes, and applicant tracking systems
- - - - - - - - - - - -Excellent ability to source and screen
applications to schedule interviews
- - - - - - - - - - - -Prepare and update job postings
- - - - - - - - - - -Other duties and projects as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- - - - - - - -Strong verbal and written communication skills
- - - - - - - -Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- - - - - - - -Ability to organize and prioritize work to be
accurate, efficient, and productive under conditions that involve
frequent interruptions and distractions.
- - - - - - - -Energetic, reliable, and resourceful; exhibits
initiative and creativity.

Minimum Qualifications:
- - - - - - - - - -Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment or
related experience
- - - - - - - - - -Minimum 1 year in candidate sourcing or related
experience
- - - - - - - - - English/Creole (speak, read, and write) is
strongly preferred
