Job Role: Data Modoler
Job Location: Charlotte, NC
Job Duration: Long Term

Must Have:
Top3 Skills:
1. 7+ years Data Modeling (Relational/Dimensional)
2. SQL Proficiency
3. Strategic Database design

Other Required Skills:
Knowledge of data architecture and design patterns and the ability to apply them
Hands-on experience with modern enterprise data architectures and data toolsets (ex: data warehouse, data marts, data lake, graph modeling, modeling tools (Erwin), profiling tools)
Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate with multiple teams, both technology and business executives
In-depth understanding of structured and unstructured data principles
Good knowledge in various ETL tools and data sanitization
Proven analytical skills
Prior experience with database systems (e.g., GraphQL, SQL, NoSQL, PL-SQL etc.)

Preferred Skills:
1. Metadata Management
2. Enterprise Data Strategy execution/involvement
3. ETL Processing

Characteristics of a top performer:
Analytical mindset; Proven ability to present and describe data models from junior to senior people. Detail oriented; Excellent communication skills.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $65/HR - $70/HR.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
