Job Title: Python Full stack Developer with UX Research
Position type: Full-time Contract (W2)
Duration: 12-Month Contract (Possible Extension)
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina 28202 (Hybrid), (3 days onsite/2 days remote)

As a Python Full stack Developer with UX Research Expertise, you will:Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Python and relevant frontend technologies.
Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and behaviours.
Analyze research findings and translate them into actionable insights for product development.
Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to communicate design recommendations.
Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
Manage the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Implement and maintain database schemas and optimize queries.
Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
Implement cloud-based solutions for scalability, reliability, and security.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software.
Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the development process.


The ideal candidate will have:Experience as a Python Developer in Fullstack development.
Experience as a User Experience Researcher.
Experience with GCP or other cloud provider experience.
Proficiency in Python and relevant frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
Strong understanding of frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js).
Experience with database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Proven ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable insights.
Experience with user research methodologies and tools.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Ability to create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with new technologies.
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: Between $60-$65per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
