Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer,
Security.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end vulnerability management program, including
tools and remediation processes
Establish and manage the security compliance program, ensuring
adherence to HIPAA and other standards
Develop and lead the security incident response capability and
define the company's security strategy and roadmap
Required Qualifications
8+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience with a track
record of leading security initiatives
Expertise in vulnerability management, compliance (especially
HIPAA), and cloud/application security
Experience in assessing environments and implementing security
controls
Proven success in leading incident response and conducting risk
assessments
Strong analytical skills and ability to operate autonomously in a
fast-paced environment
