We are seeking a Software Developer to join the Data Center Technologies team. This role will be part of a team that focuses on building, maintaining, and evolving applications, end-to-end, creating new and innovative ways that we interact with our customers and enable our employees.Responsibilities:

• Work cross functionally with stakeholders across the organization to understand key requirements and develop user stories.
• Gather information from stakeholders, understand and analyze processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative digital solutions.
• Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and deploy applications
• Work across the full development lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• You will work in a team, nothing should ever depend on one person, we succeed and fail together. It's less fragile, more fun and gets us better results.
• Actively participate in training and self-development activities to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • 2+ years of experience in software development with at least one modern language such as TypeScript, Javascript, Python, Java, or C#/.NET,, including object-oriented design.
  • Familiarity with web development concepts, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Passion for technology and learning.
  • You are a team player and have a wish to share what you already know and jumping at the opportunity to dive into new technology.
  • Experience working with development tools and concepts such as Git and continuous integration/delivery.
  • Experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, integrations and developing APIs is a plus!
  • You can work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Benefits:
