CNC Machining Center Tech - MasterCAM - Kannapolis, NC

Machinist CNC Programmer Mills 5-axis Horizontal Vertical Mills Lathes Machining Centers Process & Tool Selection _ .

Provide CNC programming and machining expertise in support of client requests.

*** Analyze drawings, blueprints, and design data to calculate correct part dimension for machines, tool selection, machine speeds, and feed rates.

*** Develop CNC G-code and M-code programs using Mastercam for 3-5 axis mills and multi axis Lathes based on engineering drawings and models.

*** Design and build fixtures, tools, and jigs.

*** Configure tools to ensure efficient production.

*** Monitor output and proper operation of machines and make mechanical and program adjustments to ensure parts meet quantity and quality requirements.

*** Recommend process modifications to improve productivity and quality.
