As an Application Programmer V_ DevOps, you will:

Job Description:
Position summary: The DTS Tech Lead will serve as a point of contact for setup of transmissions for Content inspection Pilot program. This lead position will have hands on software development / Implementation experience in FTP / SFTP and other communication protocol setup, configurations, implementation.
and system architecture for individual initiatives. Utilizes in-depth knowledge of technological alternatives and business system requirements to recommend innovations that enhance and/or provide a competitive advantage to the organization. Leads or has responsibility for estimation of effort for software application for one or more programmers. Coordinates collaboration with external programming teams to deliver software on time and within budget. Provides feedback and technical guidance to project managers on issues of critical importance to achieving business objectives. Is clearly recognized as a content expert by peers

Top 3 skills:
1. Hands-on experience on Docker, OpenShift Container orchestration tools and appliances
2. Proficiency in Data discovery, classification, tokenization, sanitization techniques
3. Experience in CI/CD Pipeline integrations and cloud platform knowledge

Other required skills:
--- 3-5 years' experience in communication protocols specifically FTP / SFT / NDM
--- Good knowledge of Kafka and other ETL framework and tools
--- 6-8 yrs of hands-on experience with software development using .Net, Angular, web services.
--- Strong communication, relationship, and process management skills
--- Working knowledge of the Enterprise Change Management Standards and Evidence Requirements.
--- Working knowledge of Agile methodology, software development, and testing processes
--- 5+ years as a project lead, including ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
--- Organized, motivated, team-player, intellectually curious and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
--- Ability to conduct discussions with senior leaders, managers, and team members.
--- Working knowledge using the Microsoft Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel, clearly articulating findings and presenting solutions
--- Proactive - takes initiative/preempts stakeholder requirements before they connect and prepares accordingly.
--- Bank experience
--- Exposure to application maintenance and support.
--- Must have ability to drive and lead projects.
--- Experience working in a matrix organization managing multiple priorities.
--- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
--- Must be able to work on JIRA to track progress, coordinate updates and publish reports.
--- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software development
--- Strong knowledge with Agile software development practices, principles, and tools, such as JIRA, Ansible, etc.

Preferred Skills:
1. Hands on experience with microservices architecture
2. Previous experience conducting POC initiatives or technology evaluations
3. Strong understanding of DMZ Configurations, Firewall rules and network segmentation

Preferred Certification:
Docker/Kubernetes/ Cloud certification is a plus

Scope of work:
Configuration and deployment of containerized vendor applications as proof of concept
Document and evaluate results against success criteria, ensuring scalability and maintainability of the solutions
Requires regular communication with internal stakeholder, external vendors to gather requirements and present findings

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $63 - $65 Per Hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
