Title: Full Stack Java Developer
Job type: Fulltime/Contract on W2
Location: Charlotte NC Hybrid (3 days in-office/2 days remote)
Duration: 19 Months

As a Full Stack Java Developer, you will :

Design and develop integrations between various business systems, leveraging technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and messaging platforms.
Analyze client business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Collaborate with architects and other developers to ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure.
Implement and test integrations, ensuring they meet performance and quality standards.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing integrations.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our integration processes and tools.


An ideal candidate should have:Experience in software development, with a focus on business systems integration.
Understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies (Spring Cloud, Microservices, REST APIs).
Experience with messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, MQ) and data integration patterns.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
work effectively in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., ReactJS, Redux, HTML5, CSS3).
Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito, Jest, Cypress).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: Between $55- $60 per hour>
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
