the Bandwidth API Experience including the Developer Experience
(DevX), SDKs, and developer documentation.
What You'll Do:

cross-functional teams to define product strategies, features, and

- Focus on the interactions related to a product and service,
encompassing the quality, functionality, design, and usability of
the product.

- Oversee all the potential interactions a customer will have
with a product through each step of the customer journey.
- Work with Sales & Market Offer teams on strategic accounts
acting as a technical expert on all things Bandwidth API
related.
- Define metrics through user acquisition, onboarding, product
adoption, conversion, and retention.
- Accountable for API product experience outcomes, even though
actual product experience strategies and implementation are
cross-functional.
- Drive platform improvements from ideas into solutions that can
be validated with potential customers including prototyping and
strategic/technology descriptions.
- Focus on refining, through discovery, and API competitive
analysis, to build solutions for One Bandwidth API
strategy.
- Work closely with the Enterprise Architecture community to stay
up to date with technologies and techniques that will move our
business forward.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, structuring
ambiguous concepts clearly and from first principles.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with telecommunications-involved software
preferred.
- A fearless, never-settle attitude that will challenge the way
we do things, and a refusal to accept the status quo.

expenses.
- All new hires receive four weeks of PTO.
- PTO Embargo. When you take time off (of any kind!), you're
embargoed from working. Bandmates and managers are not allowed to
interrupt your PTO - not even with email.
- Additional PTO can be earned throughout the year through
volunteer hours and Bandwidth challenges.
- "Mahalo moments" program grants additional time off for life's
most important moments like graduations, buying a first home,
getting married, wedding anniversaries (every five years), and the
birth of a grandchild.

Are you excited about the position and its responsibilities, but
