Description:Primary ResponsibilitiesTo consistently meet and
exceed monthly Quotas in Revenue, Gross Profit %, Gross Profit
Dollars, and net new revenueTo engage with and further build
customer relationships with existing assigned Offix customers.
Ensure you achieve Offix' Customer Touch minimum standards with all
assigned accountsTo achieve Offix' minimum activity levels as
outlined in our Activity Level document and/or documented 1-on1's
with your managerTo accurately and timely input data into our CRM
to build the assignment opportunity baseRespond to customer,
prospects, and co-workers in a timely manner, via telephone, email,
or written communicationCreate and execute an effective sales call
planMaintaining and developing relationships with existing and
prospect customers via meetings, phone calls, and emailsVisiting
potential customers to prospect for new businessesNew business
prospecting and development, including cold calling, setting
appointments, and forming solution proposals for
presentationsGaining a clear understanding and knowledge of
customers businesses and requirementsContinual growth of knowledge
of all Offix product offeringsParticipate in product/solutions
demonstrationsUpdate CRM system daily of all sales related
activitiesMeet monthly and annual revenue quota for existing
customers and new businesses.Activities - Tasks - SkillsDevelop a
Sales plan for the accomplishment of Sales Goals within the
assignmentConduct Sales activities, including Needs assessments and
System Design to support the sales of more profitable targets,
products in the connected environmentImplement company marketing
strategy to grow a loyal, profitable customer base in assignment,
which will provide for on-going revenue from support, supplies, and
serviceJoin three to five organizations that provide opportunities
for networking. Examples would be Chamber of Commerce, Not for
Profit's. BNI Chapter, Club's, I.T. Social NetworkingCommunicate
clearly and accurately with customers and company personnelAttend
trainings, sales meetings, and Offix sponsored events and net
working opportunitiesEffective at handling objections, installs,
and key operator trainingEmbrace and follow Company Values,
direction, and plansStrive to achieve effective time management
each dayApproach each day with a keen sense of self-discipline and
urgencyIn depth knowledge of Offix procedures for proposals to be
proficient with the company softwareUnderstand the various jobs,
duties, and functions within Offix to be able to reach out to the
appropriate person for helpBe proficient in all forms of written
communication; including proposals, cost justifications and
explanation of system's benefits and valueFollow up customer
problems and situations to ensure they are resolved quickly; return
all phone calls to customers and company personnel within 4
business hoursBe prompt and prepared at all assigned meetingsMake
sure the information provided is protectedBe able to work as a
teamExcellent communication skills, verbal and writtenSolid
knowledge and understanding of networking and computersThe ability
to embrace the Offix customer-focused cultureExcellent presentation
skills and professional imageReliable transportation, valid

and of our customersRequirements:2 or more years of business to
business selling experience (office product industry
preferred)Superior knowledge of selling skills including cold
calling, networking, lead generation all with the ability to
capture and close the dealUnderstanding of basic selling skills,
with exceptional organizational skills and a consistent ability to
