This individual will execute organizational directives and develop their team to maximize their potential.Requirements and ExpectationsMust have previous big-box retail management experience, an entrepreneurial spirit, and sound decision-making capabilities. Being open to relocation for promotion is also a plus.Compensation and BenefitsStarting salary range: $65,000 to $67,600 plus bonus annually.
