The Physical Therapist will also collaborate closely with a lead or senior physical therapist for clinical guidance and support. The Physical Therapist will work within a multidisciplinary team and regularly communicate patient progress to physicians, nurses, and case managers. This individual must follow hospital protocols and adhere to documentation standards as set by both the facility and state regulations. The Physical Therapist will also participate in team meetings and report outcomes to department leadership for quality improvement initiatives.The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients' physical conditions and developing personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain. The Physical Therapist will be tasked with guiding patients through exercises and therapies aimed at restoring function after injury, surgery, or illness. The Physical Therapist will also educate patients and families on home exercises and strategies to prevent further injury. This individual must document progress and adjust treatment plans based on patient response and recovery goals.
