RN- Clinical Educator PRN at Wilson Medical Center summary:
The RN-Clinical Educator PRN is responsible for coordinating and providing training to nursing and ancillary personnel to ensure compliance with educational standards. This role requires a registered nurse with at least one to two years of professional nursing experience and the ability to effectively communicate and teach about geriatric patient care. The educator works under the supervision of an education manager and performs additional departmental duties as needed.
Description:
Under the general supervision of the education manager and according to established policies and procedures, works with and coordinates the training of other nursing and ancillary personnel to maintain educational requirements and professional standards. Work is of a confidential nature. Performs other duties of the department as required.Qualifications:

Minimum Education
Graduation from a school of nursing with unrestricted or active current NC or multistate RN licensure required. One to two years of professional nursing experience is required.





Required Skills
. The employee must have the ability to understand, communicate and teach effectively regarding the unique needs of geriatric patients. Current BLS certification required, or obtained during first week of hire.
