- Job Details
- Registered Nurse position at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center in Winston Salem, North Carolina.
- Patient population includes General Surgery and Medical Tele, with a focus on cardiac telemetry and medical telemetry.
- Floating required to similar units as needed.
  - Job Requirements
  - Minimum of 2 years of experience or 1 year with travel experience.
  - IV Start and Telemetry skills required.
  - 36 hours of orientation.
    - Schedule Information
    - Tues-Thurs schedule, Nights.
    - 36 hours per week, with ratios of 1:6-7.
      - Unit Specific Information
      - ED Holding - Overflow unit for winter census.
        
        Additional Details
        
        RTO after booking is not allowed and could lead to cancellation.
        
        Scrubs required: Navy Blue.
