Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Process Improvement Professional who analyzes and enhances business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes to recommend improvements
Research best practices and establish benchmark data to enhance safety and productivity
Influence departmental strategy and make decisions on complex project components

Required Qualifications

Associate degree
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license without disciplinary action
Minimum 5 years of project management and/or process improvement experience
Minimum 3 years of utilization management experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Visio
