  • Travel rate available for local travelers starting on or before 12/16.
    
  • Contracts from 13 weeks up to March 15, 2025, to support the unit through the holidays.
    
  • Work schedule: 36 or 48 hours per week, with no overtime until after 48 hours.
    
  • 12-hour night shifts with block scheduling available.
    
  • Every other weekend required.
    
  • Floating required as needed to other med/surg units/floors.
    
    
    Required Skills and Certifications
    
    
    • 
      
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience.
      
    • Must have 1 year of traveler experience.
      
    • IV start skills.
      
    • BCLS certification.
      
      
      Preferred Skills and Experience
      
      
      • 
        
      • Telemetry experience preferred.
        
        
        Patient Diagnoses
        
        Our unit cares for a diverse mix of patients, including those with GI conditions, blood loss, anemia, infections, renal issues, and surgical patients. We also have 10 Tele beds for cardiac rhythm monitoring.
        
        Special Procedures and Unit Details

        • Fast-paced unit with high patient turnover.
          
        • Unit systems include PYXIS, EPIC, and SBAR.
          
        • 36 hours of orientation provided.
