• Certification Details
• Please collect certifications for ER, ICU, CCU, Tele, and other specified units
• ACLS - Required for certain units like ER, ICUs, Step Down, Med Surg/Tele, etc.
• BLS - Required for all travelers
• PALS - Required for ER, Peds ER, PICU, SurgiCare, etc.
• NRP - Required for L&D, FCCU, NICU
• CHEMO - Required for Medical Oncology
• EFM - Required for L&D
• ASCP - Required for Histology Techs and MLT's
• HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement
• State License - Copy of Professional License
• NURSYS Verification
• NIH Stroke Certification
• Dysrhythmia/EKG Competency Exam
