Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Registered Nurse RN
Case Manager to oversee a team of Registered Nurses managing
clinical cases for ALTCS members.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee case management activities and promote interdisciplinary
patient care planning
Hire, train, evaluate staff, and ensure departmental goals are
met
Participate in budget development and process improvement
activities
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
BSN or MSN required for new hires after October 1, 2016
Current Registered Nurse (R.N.) license in the state of Arizona
Extensive knowledge in case management and utilization
management
Experience with hospital operations and community resources
Preferred experience in Arizona Long Term Care Services (ALTCS) and
prior RN leadership
