A company is looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - Web3
/ Blockchain.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a technology strategy aligned with business
goals, ensuring scalability and security
Collaborate with product teams to influence product vision and
ensure exceptional user experience
Build and manage a high-performing tech team, fostering a culture
of innovation and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at
least 2 years in the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry
Proven track record in managing large-scale technology projects and
teams
Hands-on experience with blockchain technologies, particularly
Ethereum and Bitcoin
Strong knowledge of cryptographic protocols and blockchain security
best practices
Experience with open-source projects and communities
