Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of Statistical Programming, TMTT.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee statistical programming activities for clinical studies and ensure high quality and timely deliverables
Lead and mentor a team of programmers, managing resource allocation and talent development
Prepare and review programming codes and output to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields
11 years of solid SAS programming experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry
3 years of experience managing statistical programmers
Knowledge of Windows operating systems
Adherence to company rules and requirements, including safety protocols
