Job Description:
A company is looking for a Globalization Operations Director to
lead and build an internal Language Service Provider (LSP) focused
on high-quality language solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and grow a dedicated internal Language Service Provider
(LSP) to address language-only RFPs
Oversee day-to-day operations of the LSP, ensuring efficient
workflows and adherence to project timelines
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align
language services with client needs and business goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of
education and experience
Minimum 10+ years of experience in globalization or related fields,
with at least 5+ years in senior leadership roles
Proven experience in building and leading operational teams for
language services
Strong understanding of translation and localization
technologies
Bilingual proficiency is required
